Office Assistant/Financial Controlling
Position Overview
As an Office Assistant specializing in financial controlling, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our financial operations. You will provide essential administrative support to our financial controllers and contribute to maintaining accurate financial records and reports. Key Responsibilities
- Assist financial controllers in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Maintain and update financial databases, spreadsheets, and records.
- Perform routine clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, exercising discretion and professionalism in all communications.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the financial controlling team.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial inquiries and requests.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is an asset.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
