Role overview
We are hiring a skillful and enthusiastic Linux Systems Administrator to join our team of professionals at SEPA Cyber Technologies.
SEPA Cyber is a rapidly growing FinTech company based in Varna.
As a Linux administrator will be part of the IT Operations team. Main responsibilities will be related to maintaining Linux based datacenter infrastructure in operational state. Close collaboration with project teams. Executing software product releases according to Change management process.
Responsibilities
- 3+ years of experience with Linux distributions, preferably RHEL, CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu
- Strong knowledge of datacenter hardware infrastructure, networking protocols, package managers, security best practices
- Very good knowledge and experience with containers (Docker, K8s), web servers, load balancers, WAF, DNS
- Good understanding of PKI
- BS/MS in computer science or relevant certifications
Any of the following will be considered as strong advantages:
- Experience in DevOps organization
- Team player, self-organized and with inner motivation
- SAN, NAS, DAS, Backup and restore systems, DR procedures, clustering and failover
- Open LDAP or MS Active Directory
- DBMS such as MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL
- VoIP, PBX, access control systems – general understanding
