We are hiring a motivated person for the position of Software Front Office Sales.

You will play a vital role in our sales department which is primarily but not limited to:

  • Maintaining current client relationships and identifying potential clients
  • Contacting potential customers to develop relationships and sales
  • Developing new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
  • Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales
  • Collaborating with sales and account teams to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
  • Conduct online + offline meetings with prospects and customers to present and represent our company and solution offering
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services, and innovating new ways to serve businesses
  • Assist with day to day duties in establishing relationship with new and potential partners
  • Assist with logging appropriate data related to existing and potential clients within established SLAs and as per defined procedure and processes
  • Submit and ensure data is accurate during all stages of the associate relationship
  • Engage with existing and prospective partners and support the Business during onboarding, offering and closing
  • Become a subject matter expert in our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news

Qualifications and skills:

  • Proven sales experience in a related product or service
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Expert understanding of service and product, and ability to innovate new ways the product can serve customers
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
  • Innate drive to succeed and take initiative
  • Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure and in new environments
  • Experience in client driven environment
  • Excellent communication and IT fluency
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in IT Sales is an advantage
  • Key account management experience is also an advantage
  • Excellent command of English – Level C1
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
