Role overview

We are hiring a motivated person for the position of a Office Assistant

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perfect English and fluent German (optional) speaking person to organise all office activities;
  • Communications with clients and partners for ending all paperwork due to deals and agreements;
  • Preparing contracts and other documents;
  • Coordination with other employees of the company;
  • Communication with institutions in Bulgaria and abroad;
  • Ensuring the smooth work environment in the office;
  • Manage phone calls, mail, postage, meeting room preparation and courier services.


  • Ability to travel due to the international business activities;
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written);
  • Fluent knowledge of MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word;
  • Previous experience in the same position or similar;
  • Strong organizational, communication and planning skills;
  • Experience with documents and institutions;
  • Ability to process information, summarize it and input it properly.
