Responsibilities & Duties

  • Reviewing and selecting job applicants;
  • Leading interviews;
  • Organizing and scheduling interviews and training for newcomers;
  • Conducting regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and their implementation;
  • Providing current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits;
  • Planning and conducting new employee orientation;
  • Keep records of the recruitment process and provide relevant reports when requested.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English;
  • Excellent computer literacy;
  • A relevant university degree is a plus, but not a must;
  • Experience on similar position;
  • Punctuality, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
